Welcome to Scorpion Ridge, Arizona It's the kind of small town everyone, well everyone like me, dreams of living. |
This is Yolanda Sanchez She's sensible And, oh, she loves books But, maybe she doesn't dream enough, take risks, live life fully |
This is Adam Snapp He's an artist, so creative He knows how to take a risk, was successful, but too trusting in others He's home now, in Scorpion Ridge to help family |
He has quite a family |
They own a martial art studio |
Yolanda's just inherited her gramma's home. The will stipulates she can only use the money that comes with it if she follows a dream meaning... takes a risk |
She loves books So her dream - happening - is to turn the Queen Anne into a bookstore |
She hires Adam Whom she has known all her life But never appreciated fully as her handyman His dream has changed |
They find an old book! It wasn't there at the start of the morning Mysterious |
The book has all kinds of secrets in it Small town secrets Most have to do with a founding family long gone The secrets, however, threaten to change the world as Yolanda and Adam know it |
Someone wants the secrets to stay a secret |
Trying to unravel the secrets brings Yolanda and Adam together but Revealing the secret may very well tear them apart |
The above all came from the fingertips of author Pamela Tracy |
And the whole story can be found in Harlequin Heartwarming's June 2015 release Small-Town Secrets Click here for the rest of the story |

DeleteThanks for stopping by. I grew up in Omaha, not small town, but definitely small town compared to Phoenix.
I lived in York Nebraska and then Abilene Texas. They were the perfect size.
